Educators can find a wide range of information about various aspects of being a Family Day Care Educator and In-Home Care Carer, and Parents can find links to websites that may assist you them with the care of their child, whether it is information about their health, or information about how to claim benefits to reduce the cost of care.

Family Assistance Office
The Family Assistance Office can help you with the cost of raising children.  Some of the benefits available are: Family Tax Benefit A & B, Child Care Benefit, Child Care Rebate, Baby Bonus

Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
The Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is the body that sets the standards for the Childcare Industry

Education and Care Services National Regulations 
A copy of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, October 2011 can be downloaded by clicking on the relevant link.  An amendment to the Regulations was released in May 2014.  If you would like a copy of these amendments please contact your Educator or the CCEL Office.

Family Day Care Australia (FDCA)
FDCA is Family Day Care's National Industry Association.  FDCA's role is to support Family Day Care Services and lead the way for Family Day Care in the Australian Childcare Industry

Sids and Kids provides information and support for families who are dealing with the death of a child, and it also provides information on how to keep your child safe while sleeping

Child Accident and Prevention Foundation that provides information and resources on how to help keep your child safe in and around the home

Royal Lifesaving Society
Provides information on how to keep your child safe around water, including pool safety at home

Kids Count
This is an Australia Childhood Foundation Website for parents and gives great information about parenting and child development in a number of languages

Kids Helpline
Is a free, confidential and anonymous telephone and online counselling service specifically aimed at young people ages 5 - 25 years
